NovaVerse Labs is a fast-growing startup building AI-powered collaboration tools for modern teams. We’re seeking a Product Engineer who blends technical excellence with customer-focused product sense to ship delightful features quickly and reliably. You’ll join a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists focused on turning ambitious ideas into scalable software that users love.
As a Product Engineer, you’ll help shape the core of our platform, contribute to product strategy, and own features from ideation to production.
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end development of core product features for our AI collaboration platform.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data science to translate user needs into validated solutions.
- Design scalable backend services and write clean, maintainable code with robust test coverage.
- Build delightful frontend experiences using modern JS frameworks and thoughtful UX patterns.
- Implement data-driven experiments, measure impact, and iterate based on results.
- Contribute to product strategy, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices, testing, and CI/CD.
Qualification
- 3+ years in product-focused engineering roles or equivalent startup experience.
- Strong proficiency with React, Node.js, or a modern JS stack; TypeScript is a plus.
- Experience with API design and database systems (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record of shipping features with measurable impact in a fast-paced environment.
