As a Product Manager, you’ll own the product roadmap, work closely with design, eng, and data science, and measure impact through strong analytics. You’ll help shape our platform as we expand to new markets and audiences.

Responsibility
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on impact and data.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and data science to spec features from concept to launch.
- Define success metrics and track product performance using dashboards and analytics.
- Lead user research and customer interviews to validate ideas and uncover pain points.
- Work with growth and marketing to optimize onboarding, activation, and retention.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Represent the product during stakeholder reviews and at investor updates when needed.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and customer-centric thinking.
Qualification
- 3+ years of product management experience in a tech startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record shipping consumer-facing or B2B software products.
- Strong analytical skills with SQL and experience with product analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and roadmapping.
- Customer-centric mindset with ability to translate user needs into clear requirements.
- Bonus: experience in AI/ML-enabled products and international growth.
