Job description
NovaTech Labs is adding a results driven Product Manager to our growing team. This role will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our cloud based software solutions, collaborating with design, engineering, data science, and go to market to deliver measurable customer value.
In this role you will balance user needs with business goals, translating insights into outcomes and working with cross functional teams to ship features that drive growth and retention.

Responsibility
- Define and own the product strategy, vision, and multi-quarter roadmap aligned to business goals.
- Translate customer insights and market data into well prioritized requirements and user stories.
- Lead backlog prioritization, experimentation plans, and data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver high quality features on schedule.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Establish and track success metrics, perform post launch analysis, and iterate based on outcomes.
- Mentor and align with junior PMs, contribute to PM best practices and process improvements.
Qualification
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or cloud software.
- Proven track record delivering customer-centric products with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, A/B testing, and using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across product, engineering, design, and exec teams.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and end-to-end product lifecycle ownership.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
