Job description
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of our AI powered platform at Nexis Labs. This is a cross-functional role partnering with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to define product vision, drive rapid value, and ship customer-centric features that scale.
In this role you will own the product roadmap, translate market signals into actionable requirements, and implement metrics to measure impact. You will balance user needs with business goals and technology constraints, delivering delightful experiences while accelerating growth.
Responsibility
- Define and own the end to end product roadmap for the AI Platform, aligned with company strategy.
- Gather and synthesize customer insights, market trends, and data to identify opportunities and articulate problem statements.
- Write clear PRDs and user stories; collaborate with UX, engineering, and data science to drive delivery.
- Prioritize features using value effort models; maintain backlog; ensure on time releases.
- Define success metrics, implement measurement plans, and iterate based on data.
- Lead cross functional teams; communicate progress to executives; manage stakeholders.
- Establish go to market plans with GTM and collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
Qualification
- 6+ years of product management experience; at least 2 years in AI ML or data platforms.
- Proven track record shipping enterprise grade software with cross functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL and data driven decision making; experience with experimentation including A B tests.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with agile methodologies; ability to prioritize, plan, and execute roadmaps in fast paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Customer centric approach with strong user research and problem framing skills.
