Responsibility
- Own end to end product lifecycle from discovery to launch, including defining success metrics.
- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and marketing to deliver high quality features on time.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and analytics to inform decision making.
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria with a focus on value, usability, and impact.
- Lead cross functional prioritization and stakeholder communications to drive transparency and alignment.
- Run experiments, analyze results, and iterate on product strategy based on data.
Qualification
- 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS or technology, with a proven track record of shipping products.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficient in SQL and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; experience presenting to executives.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and modern product discovery techniques.
- User‑centric mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements.
- Bachelors degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
