We are seeking a talented Product / Product Operations Manager to take charge of the critical financial and crypto infrastructure at Hata. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the development and enhancement of our core products to drive business growth and innovation.
Responsibility
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of product initiatives
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the product team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product roadmap
- Monitor and optimize product performance and KPIs
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in product management or operations
- Strong background in financial technology or cryptocurrency
- Proven track record of launching successful products to market
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA preferred
