You will play a key role in maintaining efficient production flow, controlling inventories, and communicating production status to stakeholders. Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for offset printing and design projects to meet customer deadlines.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Monitor production capacity, line utilization, and bottlenecks; optimize workflow for efficiency and cost.
- Create and maintain master production plans; adjust based on demand changes, rush orders, or maintenance.
- Coordinate with quality control to ensure output meets defined quality standards.
- Analyze lead times, equipment downtime, and process constraints; implement improvement actions.
- Prepare production reports and KPI dashboards; provide accurate status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Support new product launches with ramp-up planning and feasibility assessments.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Planner in manufacturing, preferably in printing, offset, or design environments.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, MRP/ERP systems, and inventory management.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, forecast demand, and translate insights into actions.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with quality standards and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
