HUFA is seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations in Central Java. This role focuses on optimizing production processes, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing, people leadership, and a hands-on approach to problem solving.
In this role, you will manage shift teams, monitor key performance indicators, and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics to remove bottlenecks and continuously improve line efficiency. You will also implement lean practices such as 5S, standard work, and kaizen events, while ensuring compliance with GMP/ISO requirements and site safety policies. A proactive communicator, you will coach operators, escalate issues, and drive a culture of accountability and excellence.

Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards.
- Monitor production KPIs (OEE, throughput, yield, scrap, downtime) and implement countermeasures to improve performance.
- Lead and develop production staff; assign tasks, provide coaching, conduct performance feedback, and support training.
- Partner with maintenance to plan preventive maintenance and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality systems (GMP/ISO), and uphold 5S and housekeeping standards on the line.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Supply Chain to resolve issues, manage raw material flow, and ensure on-time material availability.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing tools and structured problem-solving approaches.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience with GMP/ISO quality standards and workplace safety requirements (e.g., OHS).
- Proficient computer skills; experience with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office; data-driven decision making.
- Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus; ability to work in shifts and adapt to changing production needs.
