As a Production Team Member, you will collaborate with operators and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations, monitor equipment, and follow standard operating procedures. You will participate in quality checks, assist with line changes, and help maintain safety and cleanliness on the factory floor. Your contributions will directly impact product quality and production efficiency, while you gain exposure to practical manufacturing skills and continuous improvement processes.

Responsibility
- Operate and monitor the production line to ensure a smooth manufacturing flow
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at all times
- Inspect materials and finished products, document deviations, and escalate issues promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and practice 5S principles
- Meet daily production targets by coordinating with teammates and supervisors
- Record production data, downtime, waste, and output for reporting and improvement
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills; reliability and punctuality
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed
