Responsibilities span the full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning through delivery, governance, and post-implementation benefits realization. You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams, enforce governance frameworks, manage changes, and maintain accurate documentation and dashboards for executive-level oversight. Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor end-to-end project activities to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Assist in defining project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk management plans.
- Support governance routines, status reporting, and stakeholder communications for ICT and hospital initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks.
- Track project performance using PM tools, dashboards, and KPIs; escalate issues as needed.
- Support vendor and contractor coordination, contract management, and procurement activities related to projects.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, information security, and data privacy standards.
- Assist in post-implementation reviews and benefit realization tracking.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of PMO or project management experience in ICT or healthcare environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and data analytics (Excel, dashboards).
- Experience with risk management, change control, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with clinical and non-clinical teams; adaptability in a fast-paced hospital setting.
- Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare information systems and compliance standards is a plus.
