The Salvation Army is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Programme Executive / Senior Programme Executive to join our dedicated team in Changi, East Region, Singapore. Responsibility
- Plan, organise, and execute caregiver outreach programmes and workshops to support community needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate community engagement activities in collaboration with partners and stakeholders.
- Design and deliver programme content, ensuring relevance and impact for caregivers and beneficiaries.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on programme effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with healthcare providers, local agencies, and volunteers.
- Manage logistics, budgets, and resources for programme delivery.
- Assist in promotional activities to increase awareness and participation in outreach initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulatory standards.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Healthcare, Community Development, or related field.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in programme planning, community outreach, or healthcare services.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Empathy and passion for working with caregivers, seniors, and vulnerable communities.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required by programme schedules.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and virtual meeting platforms.
