Join Mutiara Indah Anugrah as a Project Manager and lead the strategic development, marketing, and communications for high-impact construction projects in Jakarta. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional who can align client needs with project goals, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives from concept to delivery. This role blends business development with hands-on project leadership, offering a unique opportunity to influence project outcomes, client satisfaction, and organizational growth.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards. Your ability to articulate project value, manage risks, and communicate progress will be essential to maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners in the Jakarta region.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scope definition, scheduling, and budgeting for construction initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and execute business development and client engagement strategies to grow the project portfolio.
- Coordinate marketing and communications activities to enhance project branding, stakeholder updates, and public relations efforts.
- Manage cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet milestones and quality expectations.
- Monitor risk, quality assurance, safety compliance, and environmental considerations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare accurate status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings for clients and internal leadership.
- Drive proposal development, bidding processes, and contract negotiations for new opportunities.
- Optimize resource allocation, monitor profitability, and control costs to safeguard project viability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven project management experience in construction or development projects with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) and strong MS Office capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Indonesian; professional English is a plus.
- Ability to work in Jakarta, with flexibility for field visits and occasional travel as required.
- Knowledge of local regulations, permits, safety standards, and quality frameworks.
- PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous but not required.
