Mindteck is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee the delivery lifecycle of digital products in Singapore. This contract role is ideal for a seasoned IT leader who can align client needs with innovative technology, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. As a Project Manager, you will partner with product owners, engineers, designers, QA, and operations to launch digital experiences that delight users and achieve business outcomes.

In this role, you will bridge business and technology, translate complex requirements into actionable plans, and manage risks, budgets, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. You will contribute to shaping project governance, reporting, and continuous improvement while maintaining a customer-first mindset and compliance with security and regulatory requirements. You will be accountable for defining scope, milestones, success metrics, and ensuring alignment with stakeholders priorities. You will lead agile ceremonies, maintain product roadmaps, and ensure clear communication channels across teams and clients.

You will also drive risk management, change control, and budget oversight. You will monitor KPIs and quality gates, coordinate UAT, and oversee release readiness. You will work with vendors and third party services, negotiate contracts when needed, and ensure security and data privacy requirements are integrated from the start.

Required skills include excellent communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence decisions at all levels. You should have hands-on experience with software development lifecycles, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and tools like Jira or MS Project. Fluency in English and strong presentation skills are essential for successful stakeholder engagement.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital product initiatives from initiation to deployment and support.
  • Define project scope, goals, milestones, and success metrics; maintain backlogs and roadmaps with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and operations to meet milestones and quality targets.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risk registers, budgets, and change control processes.
  • Monitor progress through agile ceremonies; provide transparent status reports to senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party dependencies; oversee procurement, contracts, and service level agreements.
  • Ensure quality, user adoption, and regulatory compliance by aligning with user needs, security, and privacy requirements; coordinate UAT and release readiness.
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing process improvements across projects.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in IT or software development, ideally in Singapore or APAC.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience with Jira and MS Project.
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; fluent English required.
  • Experience with budgeting, risk management, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
