Join Uptitude Training as a Project Manager and lead critical ICT initiatives from Makati City. This role focuses on network projects spanning LAN, WAN, and cloud migrations, delivering scalable infrastructure solutions on time and within scope. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end delivery of network and cloud infrastructure projects (LAN/WAN, VPNs, SD-WAN, and cloud migrations) from initiation to closure.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, milestones, scope, budgets, and resource requirements; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including network engineers, cloud specialists, security, and operations; manage stakeholders across IT and business units.
- Track project performance using metrics and dashboards; proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to IT governance, security standards, regulatory/compliance requirements, and vendor contract obligations; enforce change control.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement activities, and service-level agreements to secure quality deliverables on time and within budget.
- Prepare and present executive status reports, highlight risks, tradeoffs, and recommended actions; ensure smooth handover to IT operations.
- Foster knowledge transfer and documentation; promote continuous improvement and operational readiness for production support.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering ICT/network/cloud initiatives; track record of successful on-time, within-scope delivery.
- PM certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2; strong command of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Extensive knowledge of LAN/WAN architecture, network infrastructure, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills; ability to influence at executive levels and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Experience with budgeting, risk management, vendor management, procurement, and contract negotiations.
- Familiarity with ITIL, security/compliance standards, data protection regulations, and IT governance best practices.
