StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead A&A (Alteration & Addition) and commercial interior fit-out projects in Singapore. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for A&A and commercial interior fit-out projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure design intent and quality specifications are met.
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, contracts, and purchase orders; manage change control and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards; conduct site inspections and QA/QC checks.
- Prepare regular status reports, manage client communications, and facilitate design reviews and sign-offs.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative team environment; drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-7 years of project management experience in A&A and interior fit-out for commercial spaces.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, safety regulations, and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; fluent in English.
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) and CAD/BIM software.
