Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end management of digital health software projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with clinicians, patients, IT teams, and external partners to define project objectives and requirements.
- Drive the adoption and integration of innovative digital health solutions within healthcare institutions.
- Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project challenges, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Facilitate training, user onboarding, and support change management for new digital health technologies.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of digital health initiatives at the DxD Hub and across A*STAR.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) managing technology projects, ideally within the healthcare or digital health sectors.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, software development lifecycles, and digital transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and data privacy standards in healthcare (e.g., PDPA, HL7, GDPR).
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving technological innovation in healthcare.
