Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for electrical and data center construction projects, from initiation through closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and onsite operations to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement solutions to overcome challenges.
- Manage project documentation, progress reports, and stakeholder communications with clarity and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and relevant local regulations.
- Negotiate and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and third parties to optimize project resources.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices for quality assurance in all project phases.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing electrical and/or data center construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, data center infrastructure, and related industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (PMP certification is highly desirable).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
- Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written.
