As a key driver of alignment across disciplines, you will own planning, execution, and governance for initiatives that impact customer outcomes and business value. You will collaborate with leaders to translate strategy into executable roadmaps, monitor progress, and ensure quality delivery.
Responsibility
- Lead cross-functional project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management for multiple initiatives.
- Define scope, objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks with stakeholders.
- Coordinate resources, dependencies, and integrations across product, design, engineering, and operations teams.
- Facilitate regular ceremonies and work sessions to drive progress and remove blockers.
- Monitor risks, issues, and changes; implement mitigation plans and escalation when needed.
- Provide transparent status updates to executives and steering committees with actionable insights.
- Ensure quality deliverables, alignment with business value, and adherence to regulatory/compliance requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or PMI-ACP certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management within technology or product organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall as appropriate to initiatives.
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalents).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
