Job description
Private Advertiser is seeking a results-driven Project Manager IT to lead strategic technology initiatives from conception to delivery in Quezon City. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and serve as the escalation point for project issues. This role requires strong leadership, clear stakeholder communications, and a proven track record of delivering IT projects on time and within scope.
As a pivotal member of the technology and business teams, you will partner with product owners, developers, QA, operations, and vendors to ensure projects align with business objectives and customer needs. You will implement governance processes, enforce quality standards, track progress against milestones, and continuously improve project delivery methodologies.
Key responsibilities include shaping project goals, creating detailed project plans, leading daily standups and status meetings, risk assessment, change control, and ensuring successful handoffs to operations. You will also monitor budget utilization, vendor performance, and contract compliance while communicating status to executives and stakeholders with transparency and precision.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end IT project delivery from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, define scope, milestones, resources, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including product management, software development, QA, IT operations, and security to ensure on-time delivery.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for project issues, communicating status to stakeholders and adjusting plans as needed.
- Monitor and control project budgets, vendor contracts, and third-party performance; manage change control processes.
- Implement governance and quality assurance methodologies, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
- Facilitate effective stakeholder communications, manage expectations, and ensure clear documentation and reporting.
- Mentor team members, foster collaboration, and promote best practices in project management and IT delivery.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PMI/PMI-ACP/PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proven experience leading IT projects in a corporate or agency environment with complex stakeholder structures.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies ( Agile, Scrum, Waterfall ), and experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to present to executives.
- Ability to manage budgets, risks, scope changes, and vendor relationships; strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with software development life cycle, infrastructure, cloud initiatives, or data projects is preferred.
- Proactive, results-driven, highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in Quezon City and participate in on-site collaboration as required.
