StaffKing Pte Ltd is actively seeking two motivated Project Managers to join our ICT infrastructure team in the East Region. As a Project Manager, you will own the full project lifecycle, driving exceptional performance in schedule, budget, scope, and quality. Your leadership will coordinate diverse disciplines including data networks, access control, CCTV, fire alarm, and other ELV integrations within modern ICT infrastructures. You will manage procurement, vendor relationships, risk controls, and change management while maintaining rigorous documentation and compliance with safety standards.
Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, defining milestones, tracking progress, and producing transparent status reports for stakeholders. You will lead site coordination, supervise installation teams, conduct quality assurance and commissioning activities, and ensure All work aligns with client specifications and regulatory requirements. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end delivery of islandwide ICT infrastructure projects focusing on structured cabling and ELV systems.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed to meet milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with requirements.
- Oversee procurement and vendor management for cables, equipment, and ELV components; evaluate performance and mitigate supplier risks.
- Supervise on-site activities, ensure safety compliance, and uphold quality standards across all project stages.
- Manage changes in scope, risks, and issues; maintain robust documentation and reporting for stakeholders.
- Lead commissioning, testing, and handover activities, ensuring solutions meet specifications and performance targets.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and future-proof ICT infrastructure solutions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in ICT infrastructure, structured cabling, or ELV systems.
- PM qualifications such as PMP or Prince2 are preferred; strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multi-site, islandwide projects with complex stakeholder networks.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to influence and drive teams to deliver results.
- Knowledge of local codes, standards, and safety regulations relevant to ICT/ELV installations in Singapore.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and standard office tools.
- Willingness to travel within Singapore and work on-site as required; safety-conscious with basic safety certifications.
