Join Roche as a PSS Transformation and Solution Partner to lead and partner with People & Culture across all Chapters. This role focuses on delivering HR transformation programs, digital solutions, and scalable processes that enhance the employee experience and drive business outcomes. You will bridge strategy and execution, turning strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, and ensure adoption across global and local teams in Malaysia.
As a Transformation and Solution Partner, you will be a trusted advisor balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery. You will identify opportunities to streamline HR operations, implement modern HR systems, integrate data and analytics, and establish governance and best practices. You will manage programs from discovery through implementation, coordinate with IT, HR, and external partners, and champion continuous improvement.
Key focus areas include HR digital transformation, HRIS strategy, process optimization, data governance, and change management. You will lead stakeholder workshops, develop business cases, set success metrics, and measure impact. The role requires strong communication, collaboration across geographies, and a customer-first mindset. Responsibility
- Partner with People & Culture to design and execute HR transformation roadmaps that align with Roche's strategic priorities.
- Lead cross-functional programs with IT, Data, and external vendors to deliver scalable HRIS and automation solutions.
- Architect and implement change management plans, training, and communications to ensure user adoption and business value realization.
- Define governance, standards, and metrics to measure program success and ensure data governance and privacy.
- Collaborate on requirements analysis, vendor selection, and system integration for HR platforms (e.g., HCM systems).
- Drive process optimization and automation to streamline HR operations and improve employee experience.
- Manage project plans, budgets, risk, and stakeholder expectations using agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Provide thought leadership and training for HR partners across the organization to sustain transformation momentum.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR transformation, HRIS delivery, or digital workplace initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms and digital tools; familiarity with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Project or program management experience with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
- Data-driven mindset with basic analytics skills and ability to translate data into insights and actions.
