Responsibility
- Conduct policy analysis and program evaluation to inform decision-making and resource allocation.
- Develop performance dashboards and KPIs to measure program impact and efficiency.
- Collaborate with agency stakeholders to gather requirements, define scopes, and manage cross-functional projects.
- Prepare concise briefing materials, policy memos, and executive summaries for leadership.
- Support budget planning, cost analyses, and grant reporting as needed.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and governance standards.
- Lead data collection, quality checks, and statistical analyses to support recommendations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in public sector policy analysis, program evaluation, or government consulting.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, metrics, and evidence-based decision-making.
- Proficiency with MS Office; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and basic SQL is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex information into clear briefs.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and collaboration across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with governance, budgeting, and compliance frameworks relevant to public programs.
