Responsibility
- Lead policy research and program evaluations to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with federal, state, and local agencies, nonprofits, and community groups to gather input and align programs with public needs.
- Develop policy briefs, impact assessments, and performance dashboards for leadership.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-agency coordination to deliver on strategic objectives.
- Monitor legislative processes and regulatory changes; prepare concise briefings for executives.
- Support grant administration, reporting, and compliance activities.
- Communicate complex policy outcomes to diverse audiences through presentations and written materials.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Political Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in public policy, program management, or government operations.
- Strong ability to conduct policy research, data analysis, and qualitative/quantitative reporting.
- Excellent written and oral communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
- Experience with budget development and fiscal oversight.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and grant administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data tools (Excel, Tableau, GIS) is a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, public-sector environment.
