Responsibility
- Conduct policy analysis to inform program design and reform efforts across local, state, and federal levels.
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from diverse sources, producing evidence-based recommendations.
- Develop briefing materials, policy briefs, dashboards, and impact assessments for senior policymakers.
- Engage with stakeholders including government agencies, community organizations, and private partners to gather insights and build consensus.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments; assess implications for programs and propose adaptive strategies.
- Support program evaluation and performance measurement, including KPI development and results reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement policy initiatives that improve service delivery.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of public policy analysis experience within government, non-profit, or public sector organizations.
- Strong research, analytical, and data interpretation skills; proficiency with Excel and at least one data tool (SQL, R, Python).
- Experience with program evaluation, performance measurement, and KPI development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Solid understanding of public budgeting processes and regulatory environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate across teams to meet deadlines.
