Responsibility
- Lead policy analysis and program evaluation to inform strategic decisions and budget alignment.
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and performance metrics.
- Develop evidence-based briefings, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership and council members.
- Support grant writing and funding proposals; monitor performance against milestones.
- Engage with community stakeholders, nonprofits, and industry partners to gather input.
- Support data collection, quality assurance, and data visualization to improve decision making.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in public policy, government, or public sector consulting.
- Strong data analysis skills; proficiency with Excel, BI tools, or SQL.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and collaborative problem solving.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes, grants, and performance measurement.
- Excellent written and oral communication; ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and time-management abilities.
