Responsibility
- Conduct policy analysis and research to inform municipal decisions
- Develop and monitor performance metrics and budgets for public programs
- Coordinate cross department initiatives and stakeholder engagement
- Prepare reports briefings and recommendations for city leadership
- Support grant writing and grant compliance
- Manage project timelines risk assessments and accountability measures
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Public Administration Public Policy Economics or related field Master degree preferred
- 3 plus years of experience in local government or public sector policy
- Strong research analytical and data visualization skills such as Excel Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of budgeting procurement or grant administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to present to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with stakeholders
