Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven PR campaigns that align with business goals and brand strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with national and trade media; pitch and secure high-impact stories.
- Write clear, compelling press releases, pitches, bios, and bylines tailored to diverse audiences.
- Lead crisis communications planning and rapid-response messaging to protect reputation.
- Plan and execute media events, briefings, and influencer partnerships to maximize exposure.
- Monitor coverage and analyze data to refine strategies and report on impact.
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, and executive teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of PR or communications experience; agency experience preferred.
- Proven track record securing national media coverage and thought leadership opportunities.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong media relationships and crisis communications experience.
- Proficiency with PR tools (Cision, Muck Rack) and basic SEO knowledge.
- Excellent project management, time management, and cross-functional collaboration.
