Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with clients' business goals and brand messaging.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with national and local media, influencers, and industry analysts.
- Draft compelling press releases, pitches, bylined articles, and spokesperson remarks.
- Plan and manage media events, briefings, and interview opportunities.
- Lead crisis communications planning and provide timely, accurate responses to emerging issues.
- Monitor media coverage, generate insights, and report on PR impact with clear KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, and executive teams to ensure consistent storytelling across channels.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field; master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of in-house or agency PR experience managing media relations for consumer, tech, or professional services clients.
- Proven track record securing high-profile media placements and speaking opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling narratives and executive messaging.
- Strong project management, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities; adept at crisis communication.
- Proficiency with PR analytics tools, media monitoring, and social media platforms; proficiency with Cision or Meltwater is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client accounts.
