Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to elevate brand visibility across traditional and digital media.
- Build and manage relationships with national and local press, influencers and analysts.
- Write, edit and distribute press releases, pitch letters and executive messaging.
- Lead crisis communications planning and rapid response for brand risk.
- Plan and coordinate media events, briefings and press conferences.
- Track media coverage, compile reports, and measure PR impact against business goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and leadership to ensure consistent communications across channels.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years in public relations or corporate communications with demonstrated media relations success.
- Excellent writing, editing and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven crisis management experience and ability to counsel executives under pressure.
- Strong media relationships across national and trade outlets.
- Experience with PR tools, media monitoring, analytics and social listening.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment; proactive, collaborative and results oriented.
