Join Sumber Inti Perkasa Pembangunan as a Purchasing Staff and help shape the procurement strategy that keeps our manufacturing and logistics operations running smoothly. Based in Sidoarjo, East Java, you will analyze the company’s needs for goods and services, identify reliable suppliers, and support cost-effective purchasing decisions that meet quality and delivery requirements. This role combines data-driven analysis with vendor relationship management to optimize value while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and integrity.
Your responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to forecast demand, source competitive suppliers, evaluate proposals, and issue purchase orders. You will monitor supplier performance, negotiate favorable terms, manage lead times, and ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines and projects. By maintaining accurate records and following company policies, you’ll help minimize risk and improve procurement efficiency across the organization.

Responsibility
- Analyze and translate department needs for goods and services into actionable purchasing plans; align with production, maintenance, and operations requirements.
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and reliability; issue RFPs and RFQs as needed.
- Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders; monitor confirmations, changes, and order status in a timely manner.
- Negotiate terms, price, delivery schedules, and payment terms; manage supplier contracts and service level agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement in supplier quality and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations, and support internal and external audits.
- Stay informed on market trends, price movements, and supplier risks to implement cost-saving initiatives and procurement efficiency.
Qualification
- 2+ years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency with procurement software/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of contracts, regulations, and compliance related to procurement in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
