Job description
As a Purchasing Staff at Tirta Teknosys, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, from creating purchase orders to coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on specifications, timing, and costs.
Responsibility
- Manage the procurement process from start to finish
- Create and track purchase orders
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure procurement needs are met
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best prices
- Monitor inventory levels and identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing role
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
