Responsibility
- Manage and supervise the entire procurement process for both local and imported goods.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials without overstocking.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies and process improvements.
- Evaluate and select reliable suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all purchasing activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on purchasing performance and cost analysis to management.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Comprehensive knowledge of sourcing and supplier evaluation processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to analyze data and make sound purchasing decisions.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems).
- Demonstrated leadership and team supervision skills.
