Indonesia Multi Colour Printing is seeking an experienced QA Supervisor to lead all Quality Assurance activities in our Serang manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring the highest quality standards across every printed product, from raw materials to final packaging. You will develop and enforce QA policies, drive defect reduction, and maintain compliance with customer specifications and applicable industry standards.
As the QA Supervisor, you will manage a team of QA technicians, conduct regular process audits, and collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to optimize processes and throughput. You will analyze quality data, prepare management reports, and implement CAPA plans to address root causes of defects. Your leadership will influence product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

You will ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer specifications, maintain documentation control, conduct internal audits, and prepare for external assessments. You will lead training on QA methods, inspection techniques, and GMP practices to ensure the team remains skilled and motivated.
Responsibility
- Lead QA team and supervise quality assurance across all production lines to ensure consistent product quality
- Develop and implement QA policies, standard operating procedures and testing protocols
- Perform regular product and process inspections and in process testing
- Investigate non conformities, lead root cause analysis and manage CAPA actions
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance and Engineering to drive continuous improvement and reduce defects
- Collect and analyze quality data, create dashboards, and report KPIs to management
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure ISO 9001 and customer standards are met
- Train and mentor QA staff, promote a culture of quality and safe operations
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing or related field
- 3+ years of QA supervision experience in manufacturing or printing industry
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methods including root cause analysis and CAPA
- Experience with ISO 9001 and GMP compliance
- Proven leadership, communication and problem solving skills
- Data driven with ability to analyze quality metrics and trends
- Familiarity with QA software, ERP or LIMS and documentation management
- Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency preferred
