We are seeking a meticulous and proactive QC Analyst Staff to join Multi Prestasi Mas in Bogor. This full-time role targets applicants with SMK Kimia Analis or SMK Farmasi backgrounds and a passion for quality in manufacturing and logistics environments. The position offers a stable career path within a warehouse-focused facility at Pergudangan Sigma Kartika, Gn. Sindur, Bogor Regency. As a QC Analyst, you will conduct chemical and physical quality checks on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products, executing method SOPs and recording results in our laboratory information system or spreadsheets. You will monitor production processes for GMP compliance, participate in calibration and maintenance of equipment, and ensure proper sample handling and storage. The role also involves supporting non-conformance investigations, preparing clear QA reports, and communicating findings to production teams to prevent recurrence. Responsibility
- Perform incoming QC and release testing on raw materials and packaging to verify conformity with approved specifications.
- Execute in-process and finished-goods QC tests according to SOPs and write accurate test reports.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment; ensure proper documentation and traceability of all measurements.
- Manage sample handling, storage, and chain-of-custody for quality control tests.
- Identify, document, and escalate deviations or non-conformances; participate in root-cause analysis and CAPA activities.
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and QA teams to resolve quality issues and support process improvements.
- Assist in internal audits and ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental policies.
Qualification
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate (SMK) in Chemical Analysis or Pharmacy (SMK Kimia Analis / SMK Farmasi) or equivalent with relevant coursework.
- Basic knowledge of QC concepts, chemical analysis methods, and laboratory best practices.
- Familiarity with GMP guidelines, SOPs, and quality documentation processes.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to maintain organized records.
- Ability to work in a warehouse/production environment; willing to work in shifts if required.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
