You will partner with clinical and operational teams to safeguard high-quality care and support the hospital's commitment to accreditation and best practices.
As part of the Quality & Risk team, you will manage the hospital-level QMS, including the document module, incident & risk management, internal audits, corrective actions, and performance dashboards. You will help maintain readiness for regulatory reviews, translate complex requirements into practical processes, and drive data-driven improvements that enhance patient outcomes and staff efficiency.

Responsibility
- Maintain and continuously improve the hospital-level Quality Management System (MedBlaze), ensuring alignment with corporate standards and local regulations.
- Oversee the document control module, ensuring policies, procedures, and records are current, accessible, and properly versioned.
- Lead incident reporting, risk assessment, root-cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions (CAPAs).
- Plan and conduct internal audits; support external accreditation processes; monitor findings and closure timelines.
- Monitor quality and safety metrics; develop dashboards and present insights to hospital leadership.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and enhance patient safety.
- Deliver training and guidance on quality, risk, and compliance topics across departments; foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for policy updates and regulatory changes; ensure timely dissemination and staff readiness.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality management, risk management, or patient safety in a hospital setting.
- Knowledge of quality management standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, local health regulations, accreditation processes).
- Experience with QMS software (MedBlaze or similar) and strong document control skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements; proficient in Excel/BI tools.
- Excellent communication and training abilities; bilingual in Indonesian and English preferred.
- Project management mindset with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Certifications in quality or risk management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, ISO Auditor) are a plus.
