Responsibility
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and resolve defects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks for continuous deployment pipelines.
- Participate in requirements and design reviews to enhance product quality.
- Continuously assess software quality at all stages of the development lifecycle.
- Advocate for best QA practices, methodologies, and standards within the organization.
- Produce detailed reports on test results, defects, and process improvements.
- Mentor junior QA staff and contribute to ongoing team knowledge sharing.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of QA experience in software development.
- Proficient with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience testing APIs and web/mobile applications.
- ISTQB or related certification is a plus.
