Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Detect, isolate, and document defects precisely, collaborating with developers for swift resolution.
- Automate regression, integration, and performance testing using modern QA tools.
- Participate in agile sprint planning, providing insights into potential quality risks and improvements.
- Maintain and continuously improve QA processes and standards.
- Perform root cause analyses on critical product issues to drive systemic improvements.
- Stay updated on industry QA trends and best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
- Proficient with tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, and Postman.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test cycles, and best practices.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
