Responsibility
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to refine requirements and resolve issues.
- Continuously improve and maintain QA processes, standards, and documentation.
- Perform regression, integration, and system testing for web and mobile applications.
- Analyze test results and communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in testing, code quality, and product reliability.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in software QA or test automation.
- Proficiency with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and web/mobile applications.
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (such as Jira, TestRail).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- ISTQB certification is a plus.
