Responsibility
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans, cases, and test scripts across web and API layers
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using modern frameworks
- Execute manual and automated tests, log defects, and verify fixes
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to define acceptance criteria
- Participate in release readiness, risk assessment, and quality metrics
- Improve QA processes, establish best practices, and advocate for a quality-minded culture
- Ensure performance, security, and usability requirements are met
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of hands-on QA experience in software development environments
- Proficiency with automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect lifecycle
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST, or similar) and SQL basics
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
