Responsibility
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain automated tests using Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to clarify requirements and reduce defects early.
- Identify, document, and track defects; verify fixes and perform regression testing.
- Contribute to test strategy, performance testing, and security testing as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement of QA processes and metrics.
- Assist in building test data strategies and environment management.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on QA experience with web and mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test design, and defect lifecycles.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and scripting (Python, JavaScript).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
- Familiarity with API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and performance testing basics.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; attention to detail.
- Ability to work in Seattle or remote within the US with flexible schedule.
