Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Execute manual and automated tests across web, mobile, and API layers.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or similar frameworks.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, reproduce, and report defects; track issues to resolution.
- Contribute to QA process improvements, risk assessments, and release readiness.
- Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD test integrations to ensure nightly and pre-release validation.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to test strategy documentation.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on QA experience in agile software development.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and QA methodologies.
- Proficiency with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar) and scripting (Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Experience with API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally.
