We are seeking a detail-driven Quality Assurance Engineer to join our product team in Austin, TX. You will own quality across web and mobile platforms, drive testing strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship reliable software.

What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define clear acceptance criteria and release criteria.
- Perform manual and automated testing, including regression, smoke, functional, and performance tests.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated tests using modern frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Integrate QA activities into CI/CD pipelines; monitor build health and report test results.
- Identify, reproduce, and triage defects; verify fixes and monitor post-release stability.
- Contribute to QA metrics, risk assessments, and quality guards for new features.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and participate in test planning and review sessions.

Qualification
- 3+ years of software QA experience (web/mobile)
- Strong QA methodology, test design, and risk-based testing
- Automation experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, Python)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab)
- API testing experience (Postman, REST)
- Bug tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent
