Join Kredivo Group as a Quality Assurance Specialist focused on chatbot-based collection activities. In this contract role, you will ensure every chatbot interaction aligns with the standard operating procedures SOP and delivers a seamless customer experience. You’ll work at the crossroads of product, engineering, and collections, shaping how AI-powered conversations handle debt recovery while maintaining compliance and data privacy.

As a QA professional, you’ll design and execute tests, review chat transcripts, and monitor performance metrics to identify defects and opportunities for improvement. You will contribute to test plans, maintain test data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate new chatbot features and policy updates before release. This is a hands-on role with a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous learning in a dynamic fintech environment. You will be expected to document findings clearly, communicate risks to stakeholders, and help implement scalable QA processes that support rapid iteration without compromising user trust.

Responsibility

  • Design, execute and maintain QA tests for chatbot-based collection flows to verify alignment with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Review chat transcripts, QA metrics, and error logs to identify defects and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Collections teams to validate new chatbot features and policy updates before release.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts, checklists, and test data to support ongoing QA activities.
  • Monitor performance indicators and report QA results to stakeholders, driving data-informed decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy and security guidelines during QA testing and data handling.
  • Document QA processes and ensure traceability for audits and future enhancements.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance for chatbot or AI-powered customer support tools.
  • Strong understanding of NLP, conversational flows, and user experience design.
  • Experience with test case design, QA metrics, and defect tracking tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security best practices.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English (written and spoken).
