Join ZenithQuality Industries as a Quality Control Engineer. We design and manufacture high-precision components for aerospace and medical devices. In this role you will champion quality across the production lifecycle, partnering with engineering, operations, and suppliers to prevent defects and accelerate product readiness.
As a key member of our QA team, you will establish robust QC processes, drive inspection activities, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and GMP standards. Your work will directly influence product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality control plans for new and existing products.
- Perform in-process and final inspections using SPC, CMM, and other metrology tools.
- Lead supplier quality assessments, incoming material testing, and nonconforming material disposition.
- Collaborate with engineering to root-cause defects and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain calibration and preventive maintenance for inspection equipment.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and support internal and external audits, and maintain quality records.
- Train manufacturing staff on quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 2-5 years of quality control experience in manufacturing, preferably in aerospace/medical devices.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, and statistical methods (SPC, Six Sigma).
- Proficiency with measurement instruments (calipers, CMM, spectrometers) and data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Experience with calibration management and metrology software is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and tolerance charts; attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
