In this role, you will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, partnering with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure that our products meet the highest standards and customer expectations.

Responsibility

  • Design and implement robust quality control procedures for incoming materials, in-line processes, and final testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Develop inspection plans, sampling strategies, and acceptance criteria aligned with ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
  • Collect, analyze quality data using SPC and root cause analysis to identify trends and drive CAPA actions.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues, implement process improvements, and reduce defect rates.
  • Lead internal audits and support supplier quality programs to maintain a robust quality system.
  • Validate calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment; ensure traceability and records are complete.
  • Prepare concise quality reports for leadership and customers, and communicate corrective actions effectively.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, SPC, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical analysis tools.
  • Hands-on experience with inspection planning, calibration, and measurement systems.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a track record of root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills; ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools (Excel, Minitab, or similar) and quality management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
