NovaSphere Precision, a leading manufacturer of precision components, is seeking a meticulous Quality Control Specialist to uphold our high standards and support our growing operations in Singapore. In this role, you will collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure products meet exact specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
Responsibility
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on components and finished goods to verify conformance to specifications and drawing tolerances.
- Develop, document, and maintain robust inspection procedures and work instructions aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
- Utilize measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers, CMM data, gauges) to collect accurate quality data and trends.
- Identify, document, and communicate non-conformances; lead timely root cause analysis and CAPA investigations.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements that reduce defect rates.
- Participate in internal audits and supplier quality assessments; support external audits as needed.
- Generate quality metrics, reports, and dashboards to drive continuous improvement and management visibility.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management principles; familiarity with GMP is a plus.
- Proficiency with measurement tools and statistical methods (SPC, sampling plans) and data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints; effective written and verbal communication in English.
- Proactive, collaborative team player with the ability to work under strict deadlines; resilient under pressure.
