Responsibility
- Perform incoming material inspections and sampling in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Conduct in-process and final product inspections using calibrated measurement tools
- Document results and maintain accurate QC records in the ERP system
- Calibrate and verify test equipment and ensure traceability
- Identify, document, and report non-conformances; coordinate with production for corrective actions
- Support process improvement initiatives using data driven methods
- Assist with internal and external quality audits and compliance with GMP ISO standards
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in quality control within manufacturing
- Proficiency with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of GMP ISO 9001 and QA QC processes
- Experience with statistical methods and data analysis; ability to interpret SPC charts
- Familiarity with ERP systems and QC documentation practices
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and communication skills
