As part of our quality team, you will ensure compliance with specifications, document results, and drive root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Your proactive approach will help us exceed customer expectations and maintain ISO-aligned quality systems.
Responsibility
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections per SOPs and customer requirements.
- Perform sampling, measurements, and testing using calibrated equipment and standardized test methods.
- Record data accurately in QA systems, generate timely QA reports, and maintain complete documentation.
- Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers to implement corrective actions.
- Monitor process controls and SPC charts, analyze trends, and assist in defining control limits and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in internal audits and supplier quality assessments to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Support training of shop floor personnel on quality standards, procedures, and safe work practices.
- Assist with non-conformance investigations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years in quality control or quality assurance within manufacturing environments (electronics, medical devices, or consumer goods preferred).
- Experience with ISO 9001, GMP, and basic statistical methods; knowledge of SPC is a plus.
- Proficiency with QA software, MES/ERP systems, data analysis, and strong documentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and use common inspection tools (calipers, micrometers); familiarity with CMM is a plus.
- Quality-related certifications such as CQE or ASQ are a bonus.
