NovaTech Manufacturing is seeking a meticulous Quality Control Specialist to uphold the highest standards of product quality across our assembly lines. This is a hands-on role designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As part of our QC team, you will partner with design, production, and supply chain to ensure every unit meets specifications and regulatory requirements.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement robust quality control processes across incoming, in-process, and final inspection stages.
- Perform standardized measurements using precision tools and ensure conformity to specifications.
- Lead non-conformance investigations and coordinate root cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and review quality metrics, dashboards, and SOPs to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with manufacturing to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
- Document quality events and ensure traceability of materials and finished goods.
- Support internal audits and supplier quality performance programs.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of quality control experience in manufacturing or laboratory settings.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency with GD&T and precision measurement equipment (calipers, CMM, micrometers).
- Experience with ISO 9001 or similar standards and internal audit processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Capability to read blueprints and interpret specifications; certifications such as CQE or Six Sigma a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality.
