Join Aurora Manufacturing Solutions as a Quality Control Technician where precision meets innovation. You will ensure our products meet the highest standards from incoming materials to final packaging. This role blends hands-on inspection, data driven analysis, and cross functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement.
As a QC Technician you will work closely with manufacturing, supply chain and engineering to uphold quality systems and regulatory compliance. You will contribute to root cause investigations, CAPA tracking and ongoing process improvements that reduce defects and optimize throughput.
Responsibility
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards
- Document and report deviations using the approved QA systems and escalate critical issues promptly
- Operate and calibrate inspection equipment and ensure proper maintenance
- Collaborate with production teams to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions
- Conduct statistical process control and trend analysis to monitor process capability
- Participate in internal audits and supplier quality assessments
- Assist with the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and work instructions
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or quality related certification preferred
- 2 or more years of experience in quality control within manufacturing
- Familiarity with GMP and ISO 9001 quality management principles
- Proficiency with measurement tools and inspection equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent documentation, communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with data analysis tools and basic SPC concepts
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including shifts as needed
